Create a list of actions and track your progress toward getting them done. An action is anything you want to do consistently over time.
Actions help you achieve a desired result. For example, if you want to be fit, actions could include walking 10 miles throughout the week, eating at least 3 servings of fruits or vegetables per day, or staying under 1500 calories per day.
If you want to increase sales, perhaps you make it a priority to generate a certain number of leads, make new sales calls, meet with prospects, or spend time with your existing top clients.
Whatever your goals, you need to decide what actions will get you there. Decide how much or how often they need to be done, weight their relative importance, and track your progress.
