Vision
In the next 5 years we hope to train hundreds of Transformational Breakthrough Life coaches and business consultants that are guided by Wisdom in serving families, businesses and communities throughout the world. We will build social media infrastructure and integration that connects like-minded people across the globe. We will produce transformational content that can be viewed on demand from anywhere in the world. Through our writing, speaking, and media, we will bring forth a divine shift through presence and influence. We will see increased manifestation of the Kingdom of God on earth, and further become part of the answer to the prayer of Christ in John 17, that we would all become one.
Mission
- Love empowered transformational life coaches trained and released around the globe.
- The cycle of poverty for rural families and communities broken through land ownership and economic stability.
- Coaching people to the awareness of their true identity, the elimination of the lies they have believed. Coaching them in the gap of where they are in life and toward the discovery of where they must go, and the steps needed to get there.
- Provide training and resources for coaches and consultants of individuals and organizations.
- Create an atmosphere for like-minded people to find one another for significant support and relationship. We will do this through a dedicated social network that also integrates with existing social media.
- Empowering people of purpose to converge together in supernaturally relational and relevant ways to impact the earth.
- Provide resources that expand people’s worldview that will bring them greater perspectives on God, people, and purpose.
- Break through religion that divides by promoting unity that can only be found through the simplicity and power of loving God and loving people.
- Developing a culture in business and community that honors God and honors God’s greatest asset, people.
- Provide optimization tools for businesses and ministries, so they are better able to communicate their value proposition through their website and media.

Converging Zone Objectives
Relationships – It is always about relationships with God and each other. Through enhancing our relational ability in an atmosphere of safety we can feed-forward positive input into each other’s lives. We can to help each become capable to achieving the goals we have established. Speed of trust, and authentic living will greatly accelerate success in relationships, business, and life.
Community – CZN provides a way to find and build community both internationally and locally with those who have a common language, values, and mission. CZN encourages and empowers purpose filled relationships in which vision and resources can be shared and experienced. The foundation of CZN communities is through the power of unity in loving God and loving others.
Connectivity – Lasting and substantive change can be best effected by a tribe, or a group of people who are purposely connected to each other. Both locally and globally, CZN allows members to find each other in different spheres of society while opening opportunities for life giving relationships to be developed and sustained. We believe that strategies for impact will flow through people who will relationally, intellectually, and experientially connect within their sphere of calling.
Technology – Tipping points are levels at which the momentum for change becomes unstoppable, and where Ideas, products, messages and behaviors spread immeasurably. Our developing technologies will give us a solid platform for tipping point activities. God created us for more, bigger, better, and we reach further together as we help others move towards their destiny.
Education – Through our newsletter, blogs, and upcoming training opportunities, members will be able to engage with and learn from a variety of people in the relevant areas of their business and life. CZN will feature opportunities and resources for growth in body, soul, and spirit through a variety of practical methods that bring impact and empowerment.
Sustainability – CZN provides opportunities to bring resources to businesses, ministries and families in God honoring ways. Economics change and so do the methods of the exchange of goods and services. We will provide tools to help propel your business and ministry.
Marketplace – Business and the exchange of goods and services is the fabric of every society. CZN hopes to serve others by creating profitable ways to do business with character and integrity. CZN desires to engage with healthy businesses, while encouraging and empowering others towards profitable God honoring business. We are called to the marketplace, and we desire to maximize our ability to influence and bring transformation to those within it.
Societal Transformation – We are driven toward the mission to love and impact the world for good. We emphasize servant leadership coaching to rapidly equip and release others. We continue to work on technology that will bring better practical tools to help people discover the brilliance that they are, and the pathway for successful living. We also can look at measurable performance indicators to see how we all are doing while discovering the most excellent ways to serve others.
